Although I am credentialed with the above insurance providers, some plans may vary and it is important to confirm that I am an in-network provider under your specific plan as well as your mental health benefits. To do this, you can use your insurance portal or call the member services number on the back of your card. Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductible amounts are due at the time of service using a credit, debit, or HSA card.
